Hello, yes we are accepting guests, as long as they do not require quarantine. If you have been vaccinated, we will accept proof of vaccination, no need for swab test.

Our apartments are large one bedroom apartments 50 Square Meters. There is a Separate Bedroom and Bathroom. The living room has a lounge area, dining area and kitchen.

We had to shut down again a few weeks ago, due to tighter restrictions in Manila, however, we are now open again for leisure bookings.

Yes it's the entire apartment unit, 50SqM. You can arrange late checkout with us, usually free up to 6pm.

My son will work remotely, how good is your Wi-Fi? we plan to stay probably for month ? thanks .

Our WiFi is very fast, 300Mbps, however, it does very occasionally go down. It should, for the most part be OK.

We need some form of ID with photo, identifying the traveler. Yes we have Wifi in all our apartments.

Great location many bars and food choices around catering to westerners.
The staff was terrific, great location, The manager King responded immediately when I had a problem with the television he is very friendly
Its in a very busy area, so if you are looking for silence and tranquility this isn't the place. But if you dont mind hearing the hustle and bustle of Makati its a great place to stay

You get what you pay for
Big room, Excellent location, The host guy is one of the best I've encountered in my countless stays around the Phil's.
Everything in the room is so old and worn... The AC kind of works and sounds like a train... No safe, no decent door locks...

As I stated before I would recommend this place.
As it was a last minute choice it was all that I could ask for. Good location and good service. I would recommend this place in the future.
The place is a little run down but that was OK. With a few minor repairs it would be better. I think that the drains allow access for roaches and that should be addressed, they only come out at night.
