Our WiFi is very fast, 300Mbps, however, it does very occasionally go down. It should, for the most part be OK.

Great location many bars and food choices around catering to westerners.

The staff was terrific, great location, The manager King responded immediately when I had a problem with the television he is very friendly

Its in a very busy area, so if you are looking for silence and tranquility this isn't the place. But if you dont mind hearing the hustle and bustle of Makati its a great place to stay

Big room, Excellent location, The host guy is one of the best I've encountered in my countless stays around the Phil's.

Everything in the room is so old and worn... The AC kind of works and sounds like a train... No safe, no decent door locks...

As I stated before I would recommend this place.

As it was a last minute choice it was all that I could ask for. Good location and good service. I would recommend this place in the future.

The place is a little run down but that was OK. With a few minor repairs it would be better. I think that the drains allow access for roaches and that should be addressed, they only come out at night.

in the heart of Makati, nice size 1 bedroom apartment

I stayed in room 702. The caretaker King was very helpful with everyting except with helping us the get purified water. We had to ask at the reception to provide us water.

The problem with this place is the wifi, which disconnects all the time. No soap or shampoo provided.

Property situated perfect in makati, near everything you need. Money for value, exceptional, and Mr King goes beyond and above to take care of any thing you may need..

One minor thing Wi-Fi is not the best some dropping out.

Property is situated very near everything you would need, It has plenty of space and the value for money would have to be handsdown one of the best in makati It’s not five star, but very comfortable everything you need. And Mr King, anything you need he will look after you.

Only one thing is the Wi-Fi occasionally loses signal, but other than that everything else great.

The Location, the cleaning, the safety, the fully furnished, the WiFi, the Netflix, the stuff, the value, and Our gentleman host and old friend Mr.KING Which he always checked us and asked if we need anything.. That's was my 4th time staying here and I will stay at this place again every time I will visit makati And I also recommend to everyone. Home from home, safe, clean and comfortable.

King as usual went out of his way to accommodate our needs always with a welcoming smile and pleasant demeanor. Home from home is the feeling once settled in to the apartment.

The only issue was an occasional problem (twice only) with the AC in this particular room. It would seemingly block and begin spitting out frozen water (ice) A minor issue compared to the overall positive experience. Hope to see you all again soon.
